It is completely free to join up and get all our membership rewards. At checkout, our staff will ask if you’d like to join and create your membership on the spot. There are no forms to fill out, no cards or ID’s needed, everything is digital and earth friendly.
Here's what being a member means:
Loyalty Points
You will automatically earn points when you shop. You’ll get 1 point for every $1.00 spent in store. 1 point earned at Market Organics equals 1 cent. These points will build up on your account and be stored there until your reach 500 points ($5.00). Every time you reach 500 points, you will be able to redeem your $5.00! There is no maximum balance, you can keep earning the more you shop.
If you have 1,000 points, then you’ll have enough to redeem $10.00! If you are just shy and have 950 points, then you will only have enough to redeem $5.00. In this scenario, you will only spend 500 points and keep the remaining 450 points.
To check how many points you currently have, you can ask one of our staff at checkout to look them up for you. Staff will also be alerted that you have $5.00 on your membership and let you know at checkout. We also have an automated email system that will send you points updates every time you make a purchase with us. This email is sent to the email address you provided when signing up.
Points Reset
Once you have at least $5.00 to redeem, you should spend it as soon as you can. This is because our system resets your points to 0 if you do not visit our store and make a purchase for 6 months. Don’t worry, we will send you an email if you are close to the 6-month mark. We want everyone to enjoy their rewards and redeem their vouchers when reached.
Loyalty Points at Southport & Online
You can earn rewards by shopping at any Market Organics store and redeem them at any location. They are flexible, with the only exception of Market Organics Southport. Currently, our Southport store does not offer a membership with loyalty points. This might change in the near future so please check back with us. Despite this, they still offer plenty of deals and giveaways to their customers.
Please also be aware that your loyalty points do not transfer over to our online shop, shop.marketorganics.com.au. We do not have a loyalty points system running online but we are looking into ways we can do something to reward online shoppers too.
$10.00 Birthday Voucher
All members who are eligible will receive a $10.00 voucher on their account! That's right, we'll treat you to a special gift on your special day! To be eligible we use your birthday day and month, you signed up with, our system will send out an automated email wishing you a happy birthday and next time you are in store to let one of our staff members know you have a birthday voucher ready to use. You don’t have to use it on the day, you will have 30 days to use the birthday voucher before it expires.
Members Giveaways
By becoming a member, you’ll have access to our members giveaways. You will be automatically entered into our exclusive monthly giveaways every time you spend $50 in one transaction at any of our stores, the more you shop throughout the month - the more chances you’ll get to win awesome prizes every month! Whether it's an incredible hamper, a gift card, or a trolly full to the brim with groceries, you could be the lucky winner! Don't miss this chance to join our community and enjoy these perks.
MO Weekly Newsletter & SMS
Once you are a member, we’ll send you our weekly newsletter every Thursday. This includes all our current news, deals and events. It’s a collection of everything that’s happening at Market Organics, all our offers, exclusives, sales, discounts, workshops, tastings, demos and more. You’ll be the first to know any big announcements, updates and what our weekend produce specials will be!
Members will also receive all weekend produce specials via SMS every Friday. Stay in touch with all our specials through the MO weekly newsletter and the SMS.
Members can unsubscribe from our marketing content at any time. Please click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the newsletter or SMS, otherwise, email us at marketing@marketorganics.com.au and we will manually remove you. You can email us to get back on the mailing list as well.
