Strawberry Matcha Yoghurt Clusters

Sweet, creamy, and just the right amount of indulgent. These Strawberry Matcha Yoghurt Clusters are the kind of treat you’ll find yourself making on repeat. Juicy strawberries meet creamy yoghurt with a subtle matcha lift, all brought together in perfectly snackable clusters that feel just as good as they taste.

Ingredients

  • 250g strawberries

  • 250g vanilla yoghurt

  • 350g white cooking chocolate

  • 3tbsp Collagen Strawberry Matcha Latte

Method

  1. Dice strawberries, then place in a bowl along with vanilla yoghurt. Stir to combine.

  2. On a lined tray or plate, add dollops of the yoghurt mixture then freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

  3. Melt white chocolate in a microwave or over a double boiler. Allow to cool slightly.

  4. Add 2 tbsp of matcha to white chocolate and mix to combine.

  5. Dip in the frozen strawberry yoghurt clusters one at a time allowing the excess to drip off.

  6. Place back on the tray and freeze for another 20 minutes.
