One of the things I love most about what we do at Market Organics is the relationships behind the products on our shelves. I first met Jen and Jason from Totally Rawesome at our Southport store opening. Their daughter had just started working with us, and we were all in that exciting, slightly chaotic new store phase. At the time, I didn’t even realise they had a product. It wasn’t until customers started asking for Totally Rawesome that I reached out to find out more, and to my surprise, it was Jen and Jason! That was three years ago now and the product is still going strong, with some of the most loyal feedback we receive in store.

Totally Rawesome was born out of care - quite literally. Jen and Jason began researching turmeric when their beloved Golden Retriever, Neylah, developed hip and arthritic issues. Faced with a list of pharmaceuticals, they went looking for a more natural solution and discovered the powerful anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric. From there, they refined their formula to support maximum absorption and effectiveness, and the rest is history. Today, their fresh turmeric paste has become a staple for so many of our customers. We regularly hear things like, “I can’t live without it,” and stories of reduced inflammation, improved mobility, and overall wellbeing. It’s one of those products that people don’t just try, they commit to. But what I love most isn’t just the product. It’s the people behind it.

Jen and Jason live and breathe their philosophy: go back to basics, heal from the inside out, and treat your body with respect using natural, high-quality ingredients. Most of their range is responsibly sourced, certified organic, ethically produced, and never tested on animals. When they’re not making fresh batches of turmeric paste, you’ll find them cooking, hiking, or spending time with their kids on the Gold Coast.
